About A Beautiful Day
A Beautiful Day Montessori Preschool is an AMI school, dedicated to supporting 3 – 6 year old children in finding independence, peaceful sociability, self expression and academic excellence.
We provide a friendly and warm setting for exploration, socialization and fun. Using traditional materials of the time tested Montessori Method, children are supported to pursue Practical Life skills, Sensorial Exploration, Language Arts, Math, Visual Arts, Music, Geography, basic Natural Science concepts and more.
We offer a Half-day, Three-quarter and Full Day programs starting at 8:45 ending at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm respectively.
A nourishing, organic snack is available to children during the morning and afternoon work periods.
Children bring a sac lunch from home for the midday meal.
Our Convenient Downtown location serves families with parents who work downtown as well as Student Families of PSU and the many surrounding neighborhoods. In a secure building, our lovely classroom adjoins a garden courtyard for outdoor play and gardening.
